The Pro's Walk:
Another dogleg left. A few more trees on the left and a fairway bunker. Smart play would be a long iron to the bunker area. That fairway bunker sees a lot of balls from players trying to shorten the hole.
A strong drive puts you through the fairway into the trees. This is one of the holes that requires some degree of control of the tee shot: you don’t want to drive too far and you don’t want to cut the corner too short.
It’s also uphill to the green, so it plays long after the turn. The bunker on the left is hidden until you’re up on the green.
The Green
The green looks flat, but again, it’s not. It slopes off in every direction. In the summer the greens get really slick.
